Two-night minimum. Four-night minimum July and August unless by special arrangement. The Fri - Saturday listing rate is per night, not the weekend rate.
Cabins are available by special arrangement-$50/night. Guest supply their bed linens.
A 2% Delaware County bed tax, 4% County Sales tax, 4% NYS sales tax will be added to the final rate and cleaning.
Cleaning Fee $160
Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check out by 11:00 noon unless special arrangements are confirmed in advance.
